The Active Dash 2026

The Active Dash is ACP’s Back to School Fundraiser!

We want to GET ACTIVE TOGETHER as we kickoff the school year and raise money to support after-school programming across Portland-Metro.

You Choose from In-Person or Virtual Events! It's up to you!!

All participants get a CUSTOM ACP Medal upon Registration, and have the potential to win prizes through various contests! 

You can do ALL of the events and challenges, or just pick ONE that fits your schedule!

Schedule of Events:

• Virtual Daily Challenges: Must be Following @acportland on IG or Facebook, All photos must tag @acportland

  • Monday, October 26: ACP Color Challenge

    • Prize: ACP Swag Bag

    • Rules: Complete the ACP Scavenger Hunt but every photo has to have 1 of the ACP colors (Red, Green, Blue), post and tag @acportland on Facebook or Instagram, and be entered to win a Swag Bag!

  • Tuesday, October 26: Sweet Treat Tuesday

    • Prize: $100 Foot Traffic Gift Card

    • Rules: Take a photo of yourself eating your favorite sweet treat or Halloween Candy, post and tag @acportland on Facebook or Instagram, and be entered to win the Foot Traffic Gift Card!

  • Thursday, October 29 - Saturday, October 31 : Costume Showcase

    • Prize: 4x Tickets to OSU v. Utah Football Game on November 21

    • Rules: Take a photo of yourself in your best costume, post and tag @acportland on Facebook or Instagram, and be entered to win 4 tickets to the Oregon State home football game against Utah on November 21!
      

• A Scavenger Hunt - All Week Long beginning October 25

  • We provide a scavenger hunt list for you to find items around your neighborhood!!! Send your photos to our Instagram or Facebook to be entered to win a prize!

  • The Scavenger Hunt is open ALL week and can be done by yourself or with your family.

  • You could win a $500 voucher on School's Out for ANY 2027 Summer Camp in Portland!!
    

• Run/Walk with the Board - October 28

  • Want to learn more about our organization and meet our board of directors? Join us for a walk or easy run and get to know us! Geared towards adults but feel free to bring your family!

  • Meet-up location & details shared upon registration!
    

• The Halftime Haunt: Lewis & Clark v. Linfield - October 31

  • During the halftime of the Lewis & Clark Home Football Game,

  • Open to 5 - 12 year-olds! Kids will be invited down to the field for a relay race to win ACP SWAG and bragging rights!

  • 1 ticket to the game comes with each registration; discount code provided for additional tickets.

One Registration gets you access to ALL of the events, but you can choose which ones you'd like to participate in!

All Registration Fees go directly to fund our K-8 after-school programming at 30 schools across Portland serving over 600 youth annually.
